I am the founder and owner of Perfect Form Personal Training. I have over 30 years of personal training experience as well as being well versed in the areas of nutrition and supplementation.
As a trainer, I started with the goal of helping people live a better life, by helping them regain lost flexibility and mobility. This is still my goal, with my training experience extending to individuals from every walk of life and fitness goals.
Whether it’s increasing strength, getting healthier, being more flexible, staying young, or toning and losing weight, your goals become the target of the program we put together.
My style of training is unique in that it is extremely personalized to your body, paying close attention to detail and changes.
I also am passionate about educating my clients on proper form to prevent injury and to ensure you get the most from your workouts.
